Please note that this platform does not let you manage any other users in your organization other than the one you are currently logged in as. These are purely individual account settings. To manage another account, simply login as that account.
There are more advanced options available to configure on the OpenSRS Email Admin Portal which all users have the ability to access if they choose. Things like:
- Email Forwarding
- Password Resets
- Spam Settings
- Autoresponders
- Statistics
To get started, simply login to https://admin.b.hostedemail.com using the full email address and password that you created when setting up your email account.
Navigate through the email admin portal to familiarize yourself with some of these settings.
