Case Module Layouts are used when you place {bb_cases} tag on a Web Page or Content Holder. Using the layout="" parameter you can select which Module Layout gets used.
- Navigate to the Module Layouts page under the Design menu.
- Click the Cases tab link to view the list of layouts for the Cases module.
- Click the "Add Custom Layout" button at the bottom of the list.
- Start by entering a name for your new Module Layout in the Layout Name field and a description in the Layout Description field (optional).
- The Template HTML field is where you will add your code for your Custom Module Layout.
- To the right you will see the Available Tags scroll box. These tags are a way to add dynamic content from Cases to your Custom Module Layout. Including one of these tags in your HTML will insert any content that particular field. When you change the content it will change dynamically in your layout. - When you are finished click the Save button or click the Cancel button if you want to discard your custom layout.
