Our Help Site contains a growing library of usage guides, docs for developers, release notes, and contact options for our customer service team.

Searching the Help Site

Type in any keywords to see a list of suggested articles. In addition to the suggested articles, you can press [Enter] on your keyboard to be taken to a more detailed page of search results. Examples of common search terms include: Web Pages, Page Templates, Data Collections, Domains, Web Forms or Modules.

Help Site Sections

Our Help Site is divided in to 5 main sections. 

  • Agency Portal - This section contains information and documentation for Agencies to manage Web Projects, Team Members, White Label settings, and more. This documentation is also organized by the same sections you'll find in the BlueberryCMS Agency Portal navigation. 
  • Billing & Renewals - This section covers and billing questions.
  • Developers - This section contains information and documentation for developers wanting to take full advantage of the unlimited potential of BlueberryCMS. It contains advanced usage guides on {bb_tags}and Liquid Code to create powerful dynamic websites. You'll also learn how to leverage Module layout tags to design your Blogs, Galleries, Events, FAQs and more.
  • Pre-Sales Questions - This section covers any pre-sale questions a web agency might have before signing up.
  • Website Portal - Learn the basics of creating, designing, and managing websites in BlueberryCMS. Access How-Tos and Usage Guides for creating Web Pages, Data Collections, Web Forms, and much more. The documentation is organized by the same sections you see in the BlueberryCMS Website Portal navigation.

Support Tickets
