You have thousands of contacts in your Website Portal CRM, and you want to use that list somewhere else. Maybe even import it into a email marketing provider. Well now you can export the data from your website's CRM! With a simple.
Let's get started.
- First login to your Website Portal.
- Then navigate to Marketing > Contacts from the side menu.
- Click grey "Export Contacts" button at the bottom.
- In the next page select the various data points you want to appear in your files columns. Each contact will have a row in the CSV file, which you can delete and reorganize columns as needed.
- Click blue "Export" button. The file will automatically download to your computer. Be patient, if you have thousands of records it might take a few moments.
- Your file will download to the default location where you have your browser set to download files to. It will be named "Contacts.csv".
- You are done you can navigate to another page or export another file with different data points.
