Navigate to the Agency Profile settings by clicking on the Agency Profile link in the left navigation menu while in your Agency Portal. Make any updates you need to make, after which you click "Save" button to save your changes.
The Agency Profile page is separated into four tabs:
Profile tab
The Profile tab is where the important contact information about your agency goes. The first thing to do is to verify the information in your Agency Profile is correct. Be sure that all the contact information is up to date as this will be used for billing purposes. By default, the Primary Contact is the person who originally registered your Agency with BlueberryCMS. This person will receive BlueberryCMS platform and billing notices. If you need to change this person, contact Customer Support at customerservice@blueberrycms.com.
IMPORTANT: Changing your Agency Name will affect the Demo and Login URLs for your client websites. So if you have created URL Redirects to these links, you will need to manually update your URL Redirects to point to the new URL.
Social Media tab
The Social Media tab is where you can provide links to all of your agencies social media profiles to be used elsewhere on the platform.
Completing the fields under the Social Media tab allows you to dynamically use your social links under the White Label features such as System Pages, Billing Emails, and more.
Roles tab
The Roles tab is where you can manage the many access privileges for user roles. Every Agency user is setup with these default users.
Misc tab
This Misc tab allows you to update your email communications preferences related to BlueberryCMS promotional material.
