Webmail overview Print

Lots of our clients utilize Webmail due to its ease of use and the fact that it can be accessed with just a web browser. Plus, it also has the same advantages as IMAP. However, Webmail depends on a web browser (e.g. Safari, Firefox, Chrome, etc.).

Webmail is perfect for everyone, but does depend on a browser, which is slower and more cumbersome than a mail app like Outlook, Mail, Thunderbird, etc.

This guide gives you an overview of the Webmail interface.

Use the Compose feature to create and send email messages.

  1. Click Compose from the left menu.

  3. Enter the content of the email.
  4. Under Options and attachments upload any attachments; select to receive a return receipt; and set the email's priority.
  5. Click "Send" button.
