By default without setting up anything, the results of Web Forms will be emailed any to users within the Website Admin role. You can override this by utilizing BlueberryCMS Workflows.
Create a Workflow
- Navigate to the Marketing > Workflows section.
- Click the Add Workflow button and begin entering in the required information.
- Workflow Name: Provide a name for the Workflow, for example "Web Form Submission"
- Assigned User Roles: This option allows for you to send email notifications to all BlueberryCMS User Accounts that belong to a specific User Role, like the "Website Sales" team.
- Third-Party Notifications: To send email notifications to people that are not a Website user, simply type in their email addresses separated by commas.
- Click Save.
Assign the Workflow to the Web Form
- Navigate to Content > Web Forms and edit the Web Form you're working on.
- Click the Settings tab.
- in the Use Workflow drop-menu selector, choose the new Workflow you created, for example "Web Form Submission".
- Click Save.
