Secure Zones are perfect when you have Members Only content for your websites! Members are also known as Secure Zone Subscribers.

You can secure Web Pages, Blogs, News Articles, Media Downloads, Events, and so much more.

This guide will walk you through creating your first Secure Zone and the basics of securing content.

Create Secure Zone

Start by opening up your website projects and navigate to the Site > Secure Zones section.

Click the New Secure Zone button and begin filling in the required information.

  • Secure Zone Name - The name for the secure zone.
  • Description - The description for the secure zone.
  • Landing Page - This is the first page users will see after they successfully login to your site.

Click Save when finished.

When you create a new Secure Zone, BlueberryCMS automatically creates three Web Pages and three Web Forms to help you get started.

  • Web Pages
    • Registration
    • Login
    • My Account
  • Web Forms
    • Secure Zone Registration
    • Secure Zone Login
    • Secure Zone Account Profile

Managing Secure Zones (Subscribers, Forms, Trusted IPs)

The Subscribers tab allows you to manage the contact information for your members, delete members, and import a CSV spreadsheet of users. Be sure to Download the sample file to make sure your CSV file is in the proper format.

Trusted IP Addresses allow you to specify IP addresses that automatically logs users in to your website giving them access to your secured content without needing a Username and Password.

Creating multiple Secure Zones

The specified forms for Registration, Login, and Account Profile can be be overridden if you wish. This is great for instances where you might have more than one Secure Zone and want users to fill out different forms for different purposes. Please be sure to select them here if you're using other forms than the ones we make for you.
