By default without setting up anything, the results of Web Forms will be emailed to all users with the Website Admin role.
You can override this by utilizing BlueberryCMS Workflows.
Create a Workflow
• Navigate to the Marketing > Workflows section.
• Click the "Add Workflow" button and begin entering the required information.
• Workflow Name: Provide a name for the Workflow, for example "Form Submission Workflow".
• Assigned User Roles (optional): This option allows for you to send email notifications to all Website User Accounts that belong to a specific User Role, like the "Website Sales" team.
• Third-Party Notfications: To send email notifications to people that do not have a Website user account, simply type in their email addresses separated by commas.
• Click Save.
Assign the Workflow to the Web Form
• Navigate to Content > Web Forms and click to edit the Web Form you're working on.
• Click the Settings tab.
• In the Use Workflow drop-down selector, choose the Workflow you created.
• Click Save.
That's it. Now whenever a website customer submits the Web Form the assigned people will receive an email notice about the submission.
