The Live Feed widget displays the latest user activity on the Website Portal dashboard. Live Feed is automatically enabled for every website on the platform. Each row in the list is an interaction with the website from a user.
Each interaction provides the activity name which the user performed; the contact name with a hyperlink; date and time when the interaction took place and the status of the Case. Clicking the form name hyperlink takes you to the Case details about the submission. Clicking the contact hyperlink takes you to the Contact details for the person.
This widget can be turned on/off by clicking the gear on the dashboard. Then checking or unchecking the "Live Feed" option.
